Pre-War Green Flat Gallon 34259

This is a very high quality and very correct gallon of 34259 Flat Pre-War Green paint. This color was used on several WWI vehicles as well as the early Prototype jeeps and trucks in the late 30’s and early 40’s. It was also used on some production lend-lease contracts. This is commonly referred to as Zinc Chromate Primer but this particular paint we are offering is not a primer but a finish. This is US Made and is the super high quality Gillespie Coatings brand. This is oil based enamel paint. To spray cut with Xylene 1:5 Do not add anything else like hardener or it will ruin the flat finish. This is the top of the line and the paint all the serious collectors and the US Military Museum systems use. Just ask any of the serious collectors or military vehicle restorers about the Gillespie Brand.
